Diversity Rose Boutique Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Information

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $7.95 per order within the U.S.

  • 24-Hour Shipping Perk: If you make additional purchases within 24 hours of your initial order, shipping is free for those subsequent orders. This perk begins with your first purchase.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • Sales and Peak Times: During sales or high-volume periods, allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing.

  • Combined Orders: Orders may be combined for shipping. In such cases, additional shipping fees will not be refunded.

Local Pick-Up

  • Local pick-ups are available the next business day after placing your order.

  • Pick-up times: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

  • Orders placed on Friday will be ready for pick-up on Monday.

  • Orders must be picked up within 5 business days.

International Shipping

  • International shoppers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees upon receiving their packages.

  • Delivery times for international shipments vary by destination and carrier.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by emailing sales@diversityroseboutique.com.

  • Refunds are not provided for cancellations. Instead, you will receive store credit that can be used for future purchases.


Shop Pay Payment Option

  • Shop now and pay later with Shop Pay Installments!

  • Split your purchase into four interest-free payments. Payments are automatically deducted every two weeks.

  • No interest, no fees, and no impact on your credit score.

  • Select "Shop Pay" as your payment method at checkout to take advantage of this feature.


Return Policy

  • Eligibility: We accept returns for store credit or a Diversity Rose Boutique gift card on unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered items. Items must have tags attached and be free of stains, odors, and pet hair.

  • Return Timeline: Returns must be requested within 21 days of receiving your order using our Returns Portal.

  • Postmark Deadline: Approved returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving approval.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Exchanges: Due to our rapidly changing inventory, we do not offer exchanges.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

  • Items ending in ".99"

  • Items labeled "Final Sale"

  • Mystery items, doorbusters, and deal-of-the-day products

  • Leggings, undergarments, bralettes, bodysuits, and earrings


Additional Return Information

  • Returns with visible stains (e.g., makeup, deodorant), pet hair, smoke, or perfume will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original box, protected by an additional package. If the box is damaged or has shipping labels applied directly, the return will not be accepted.

  • Returns take 7-10 business days to process once received. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.


Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. To ensure peace of mind, we recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance by emailing us after placing your order.

  • For packages marked as "Pre-Shipment" by USPS, please allow up to 30 days for the carrier to scan and process your package.

  • If your package is "Return to Sender" due to incorrect information, a $7.95 reshipment fee will apply.


Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us at sales@diversityroseboutique.com within 30 days of receipt. Include your name, order number, item name, and photos of the issue for a resolution.


Giveaways

  • Giveaway prizes are typically shipped once a month.
